End of the program BBQ Celebration

Originally we thought taking them to Kimball or Canobie however we think it would be even more meaningful and special if we do a gathering of all teens who participated and their families!!!

So after discussion with the groups parents

We decided to proceed with BBQ Family Field Day

We plan on having fun games for both the teens and their family to bond together.

This event will be made possible by the goFundme account using money there to pay for the BBQ foods and games.

Clare Senior Care will be gifting teens who went to 4 sessions with $25 gift card visa so they can spend on back to school supplies.

All family who come please consider donating a dish to share with everyone and be prepared to mingle and talk and get to know one another .

If you come please note on this event page how many people from your family is coming (all are welcome - even our dear sponsors or building managers are invited )

This event will act as our party communication page - so note

2. What you plan to bring
3. If you have party /field games I can use to think of games to play that will help us with $$ - or napkins plates forks - remember we are all volunteers lol majority of the money left we want to use on food and drinks and lol alcohol for the adults if possible haha

Ps Sept 22 was the FIRST available date we saw on the rsvp page for houghton pond !!!
